We built Clinic Scout because finding a family doctor in Canada shouldn't feel impossible. We monitor hundreds of clinics around the clock so you don't have to.
Our Mission
Millions of Canadians are without a family doctor. Waitlists are long, clinic websites are inconsistent, and availability changes constantly — sometimes within minutes. By the time most people check a clinic's website, the open spot is already gone.
Clinic Scout was created to level the playing field. Our automated system checks clinic availability around the clock and sends you an SMS the moment a new patient spot opens — so you can act fast, not months later.

We Monitor Clinics
Our AI agents scan 500+ clinic websites in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary every hour — checking for changes in new patient availability.
Step 2
You Get Alerted
The moment a clinic opens its roster to new patients, you receive an instant SMS alert with the clinic name, location, and a direct link to book.
Step 3
You Book Directly
We don't act as a middleman. You follow the link and book directly with the clinic — no fees, no forms, no waiting on hold.
Who We Are
Clinic Scout is a small, independent project built and maintained by a team of developers and healthcare advocates based in Canada. We are not affiliated with any government body, health authority, or medical institution.
We started this project after personally experiencing the frustration of searching for a family doctor for months. We figured that if this problem is so hard for us, it must be hard for everyone — and we had the technical skills to do something about it.
All clinic data we display is publicly available — sourced from clinic websites, Health Authority directories, and other open sources. We do not access any private patient records or internal clinic systems.

We are a technology monitoring tool only. We never provide medical advice. For emergencies, call 911. For health advice, call 811 (Telehealth Ontario).
Your Data is Private
We collect only your email and phone number to send alerts. We never sell your data to third parties, clinics, or advertisers.
Public Data Only
All clinic information shown on our platform is sourced from publicly accessible websites and directories.
Secure Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Ko-fi (powered by Stripe and PayPal). We never store your payment details.
